1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Unfiltered Sporting Minds website, create an account, buy a membership or book a service. “USM”, “we”, “us” & “our” mean Unfiltered Sporting Minds LTD, registered in England & Wales under company number 15930264, with registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old to create a purchasing account or enter into a contract with us. A parent or legal guardian may buy a membership or service for a person under 18. The adult purchaser is responsible for the account, payment & any consent reasonably required for the young person’s participation.

3. What USM provides

USM provides sports psychology learning resources, memberships & support services. These services are educational & supportive. They are not emergency, medical, psychiatric, diagnostic or crisis care & do not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure & tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Membership content is for the named member’s personal, non-commercial use & must not be shared with another person.

5. Membership prices & access

Football & Cue Sports monthly memberships cost £25 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout
The End of Schedule option is a single payment that covers the remaining releases through 31 October 2027
The price reduces as the schedule progresses & includes one remaining monthly release without charge
It does not renew automatically
The checkout shows the exact payment, access period & membership selected before you commit to buy

6. Early registration & first payment

Where the launch checkout offers delayed billing, registering before 1 October 2026 does not create an immediate charge
The first membership payment is scheduled for 1 October 2026
No members only content is available unless that payment succeeds

A successful £25 opening payment includes the Introduction Pack & November release
The next monthly payment is 1 December 2026
A successful End of Schedule opening payment includes the Introduction Pack & the November 2026 to October 2027 schedule as each release arrives
End of Schedule access ends 31 October 2027
Someone joining later pays the price shown at checkout for the remaining schedule & still receives the Introduction Pack

7. Monthly releases & access

New scheduled releases are normally made available on the first day of the relevant month
A release only unlocks when a successful payment recorded on your account covers it
If a renewal payment fails, that unpaid release stays locked immediately

You must have an active paid membership to view members only content
After a failed renewal, releases you previously paid for remain open for 7 days
If the payment is still outstanding after 7 days, all members area access for that sport pauses
A later successful payment restores previous paid releases & adds only the release covered by that payment
Unpaid missed months do not unlock automatically

8. Cancelling a membership

You can cancel through My Account or contact us for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your paid membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. At that end date, all members-only access locks. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

9. Rejoining

If you resubscribe & payment succeeds, access to releases previously connected to your account resumes. You can then become eligible for future releases while the new membership remains active. Releases from months missed while you had no active membership remain locked.

10. Digital content, cancellation rights & refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Where digital content is supplied during a statutory cancellation period, checkout may ask for your express consent to immediate supply & your acknowledgement that this can affect the right to cancel once supply begins. We rely on this only where the legally required consent & acknowledgement have been obtained.

After members-only content has been made available, there is no automatic change-of-mind or pro-rata refund for an accessed membership period. This does not limit rights relating to duplicate or incorrect charges, faulty or misdescribed digital content, qualifying technical failure or any other remedy required by law. 11. Bookings & other services

The description, price, duration & availability of a One-to-One, team or other booked service are shown on the relevant page or booking flow. Any service-specific rearrangement or cancellation information shown when you book forms part of the agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need help with a booking.

12. Intellectual property

Videos, PDFs, worksheets, text, branding & other USM resources remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use membership resources for your personal, non-commercial learning. You must not copy, sell, publish, distribute, share access to, remove attribution from or make the resources available to others without written permission.

13. Availability & misuse

We may maintain, update or replace content & systems. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, account sharing, payment reversal, a serious breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain a significant interruption or decision that affects you.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer’s use of the service.

15. Privacy & changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. We may update these terms for future purchases or where a change is reasonably required by law, security or the operation of the service. If a material change affects an existing recurring membership, we will provide appropriate notice.

16. Contact & governing law

Email unfilteredsportingminds@outlook.com with questions or complaints. These terms & any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England & Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
