Moving people closer to their potential without sacrificing who they are
Unfiltered Sporting Minds offers evidence based sport psychology without making it feel clinical or uptight
It is curious, conversational & built around you being in front of us
Human, caring & unfiltered
Sessions create space to explore thoughts, emotions & experiences openly…
- Sometimes that means listening
- Sometimes it means challenging an idea
- Sometimes it is sharing a different perspective
- Sometimes it is learning a new skill
Every part of the conversation has a reason behind it, but it can still feel relaxed, collaborative & enjoyable!
The “Unfiltered” part is about authenticity: understanding who you are, what matters to you & how you can perform while continuing to live in line with your values
“Sporting Minds” reflects that this support is not only for performers but it is for everyone who makes sport possible
The 3Ps
You are more than the result & outcome
USM looks at the person, the professional & the performer together

Person
The human being underneath everything else
Relationships, family, work, money, bereavement, menopause & mental health all matter too
Professional
How you prepare away from competition
Sleep, nutrition, the gym, purposeful training, routines, habit tracking & choosing the right support
Performer
What happens in the sporting moment
Confidence, anxiety, mental preparation & psychological skills that help you participate & compete
What USM believes in

Authenticity
Making space for who you really are & helping you act in line with what genuinely matters to you

Integrity
Honest, justified & evidence backed support
One answer will not fit everybody, so we will do what we say & adapt to you

Empathy
Whatever matters to you matters to us
We listen, stay curious & work with you, not at you
Collaboration makes the work possible & humour helps it feel human
